Living Skill Program
Youth Rezolutions aim to ensure better outcomes for vulnerable young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness by strengthening their capacity to meet the challenges of maintaining a tenancy.
The Youth Rezolutions' Living skills program has been developed in line with the eight key competency areas identified by FACS - i.e. Money, Housing, Education and Training, Employment, Health and Wellbeing, Daily Living Skills, Personal and Social Development, and Legal Rights & Responsibilities.
The Living Skills program can be:
delivered to an individual client, or in small group settings as identified by their case worker and as part of their case management plan.
delivered in part or in whole dependent on the skills base for each young person.
offered at a location that will result in the best possible outcome for the young person.
To request the delivery of the Living Skills program for a client of your service, a referral form should be completed in the first instance. Requests are generally assessed within 48 hours. Alternatively the office can be contacted during business hours.
